Message content is only used for custom-prefix commands.

Message content is not stored off-platform.

Message content is not used for AI or machine learning training.

Information WildCards Uses

WildCards uses Discord account and server information needed to operate the bot, such as user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, interaction IDs, command inputs, component interactions, and gameplay state connected to your WildCards account.

Gameplay data may include cards, teams, inventory items, currencies, battle progress, raid participation, PvP progress, market activity, rewards, and other game progression records.

Message Content

WildCards requests Message Content Intent only for legacy custom-prefix command support.

The bot does not monitor normal conversations. Message content is checked only when a message starts with the configured WildCards custom prefix, which tells the bot that the user is intentionally using a prefix command.

Message content is not stored off-platform, not used for advertising or profiling, and not used to train machine learning or AI models.

Most WildCards features can be used through slash commands, buttons, select menus, pagination, and Discord Components V2 without relying on message content.

How Information Is Used

WildCards uses information to run Discord bot features, process commands and interactions, save player progress, display cards and profiles, manage rewards, support battles and raids, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and provide support.

WildCards does not sell personal data.

Payments

If optional purchases are available, payment processing is handled through Stripe. WildCards does not store raw payment card details. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Data Sharing

WildCards may use infrastructure providers needed to operate the bot, database, hosting, cache, logs, website, and payment flows. Data is shared only as needed to provide and maintain the service.

WildCards may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, enforce service rules, investigate abuse, or protect the security of users, communities, and the bot.

Data Retention And Removal

WildCards keeps gameplay and account data as long as needed to provide the bot and maintain player progression.

Server administrators and users may contact WildCards support to request help with data removal or account-related questions. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, payment records, or legal obligations.

Security

WildCards is designed to limit data access to what is needed for gameplay and bot operation. Message content is treated narrowly and is not used for general chat monitoring.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, but WildCards aims to use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect bot and gameplay data.
